Wayne Eddings is a real estate developer and construction professional with over 20 years of experience, beginning as a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters in 2004. He holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Ivy Tech Community College and combines hands-on building expertise with strategic development insight.
As Founder of Civitas Capital Inc., Wayne focuses on affordable housing and community-driven development. He has partnered with Metro Louisville government to identify and develop land for high-impact housing projects, aligning public-private interests to deliver scalable, investment-ready opportunities.
Wayne is committed to building projects that generate strong returns while strengthening communities—bridging the gap between capital, construction, and long-term social impact.
